Seven agents. One load timeline. Every step covered.
LogAI.ai agents are purpose-built, scope-limited, and designed to hand off cleanly to the next stage. Critical decisions — like sending a rate confirmation — always go through a human first.
Scoped, bounded, and human-in-the-loop
Fully autonomous freight automation is a liability, not a feature. LogAI agents act within a defined boundary and escalate when they reach the edge of their authority.
Scoped by design
Each agent is responsible for exactly one phase of the load lifecycle. The Quote Intake agent does not price loads. The POD Collection agent does not audit invoices. Tight scope means predictable behavior and easy auditing.
Human-in-the-loop for critical actions
Rate confirmations are the most consequential commitment a brokerage makes. The Rating & Routing agent prepares the draft and selects carriers — but the rate confirmation goes out only after a dispatcher reviews and approves it.
Bounded authority
Agents surface recommendations and execute approved actions. They do not renegotiate rates, override dispatchers, or take actions outside the defined playbook. Every action is logged with a timestamp and the agent that performed it.
Handoff-driven architecture
Agents communicate through structured events on the load record, not through direct API calls to one another. This means any agent can be paused, retried, or swapped without breaking the rest of the pipeline.
How agents hand off on the load timeline
Each agent emits a structured event when it completes its work. The next agent picks up that event from the load record. No agent calls another directly — the load timeline is the shared source of truth.
Quote Intake → Rating & Routing
Structured load data triggers rate pricing
Rating & Routing → Shipment Events
Approved rate confirmation triggers dispatch tracking
POD Collection → Invoice Audit
Confirmed delivery document unlocks billing
