Samsara provides real-time visibility. LogAI connects that visibility to action — updating ETAs, triggering check calls, and surfacing HOS and temperature exceptions before they become service failures.
Real-Time GPS Position Updates
Samsara location pings are ingested by the Shipment Events agent and used to update the load record with the current position. Shippers and internal teams see live location without manual check calls.
Automated ETA Calculation
Each position update triggers a new ETA calculation against the scheduled delivery window. When ETA drifts outside the acceptable range, the Service Failure Monitor agent fires automatically.
Check-Call Window Triggers
When a Samsara-tracked load goes dark — no position update within the expected window — the Check Call agent initiates outreach to the carrier before the shipper notices a problem.
Hours of Service Status
HOS data from Samsara tells LogAI when a driver is approaching their 11-hour limit. Dispatcher alerts fire early so rescheduling happens before the load is stranded.
Reefer Temperature Monitoring
For temperature-controlled loads, Samsara reefer telemetry is ingested alongside GPS data. Out-of-range temperature events trigger an immediate exception in the LogAI load record.
